Tom Visser (1950) has 45 year experience in Technical Vocational Education and Training as lecturer, counselor, manager and advisor. He built up CINOP Global as director from 2005 - 2015.  Nowadays, CINOP Global has more than 25 long term project all over the world (see www.cinopglobal.com ). Tom was initiator of being international provider of three large projects in Saudi Arabia. He was CEO of CINOP Middle East during 2014 and 2015 and responsible for the following projects:

• Dairy and Food Polytechnic (DFP), a public private entity by Almarai Company and Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).  CINOP starts the implementation in September 2011.
• CINOP Female Colleges of Excellence in Al Ahsa and Al Majma'ah. CINOP Middle East starts the implementation in 2013.
• Jazan Contractors Consortium (JCC) Training Centres: JCC is a consortium of ARAMCO and construction companies building refineries in Jazan region. CINOP ME starts the implementation in 2015.

Tom was project director of the following projects:

• Strengthening Management Information Systems and Information Management within the Department of Higher Education and Training and TVET Colleges in South Africa (2006-2016).
• Strengthening National Certificate Vocational Curriculum of South African TVET Colleges in line with labour market demand (2010-2016)
• Bridging Business and Education in Vaal region in South Africa in partnership with North west University (2010 - 2016).
• Development of a comprehensive, level based National Qualification Framework in Afghanistan (2009 - 2011).
• Enhancing quality and entrepreneurial skills of Polytechnic graduates of the Asosiasi Politeknik Indonesia (2006 - 2009).
• Establishment of the National Authority for Qualifications in Romania (2006-2009).
